Strategic collaborations, joint programming, and mergers are becoming more important to the nonprofit sector
every day, and understanding how nonprofits are doing better together is a must for today’s nonprofit leaders.
Taking the time to share your organization’s information is an important act of collaboration! Your information
has the potential to help many nonprofits learn from your experiences and get their collaborative efforts off on the right foot.
Please submit your project to the Nonprofit Collaboration Database today!
Our online submission form will take about 15 minutes to complete. It includes several multiple choice
questions and three short written answers.
Currently, you cannot save your work online, so we strongly suggest that you prepare your written responses ahead of time in our sample form,
so you can quickly transfer your information into our online form. Print sample form (PDF).
Foundation Center staff will review all submissions before adding them to the database.
We will notify you by email of its outcome.
If your submission is accepted, you will receive a free Digital Grant Guide
of your choice and 20% off any Foundation Center training course (except for Grantseeker Training Institute).
